- All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days upon payment made (exclude weekend and public holidays).
- Delivery will take 7-14 working days from dispatch date, depending on location. However, if item not reached within the said time frame, please contact us to enquire about your item status.
- Delivery are not available on the weekends and public holidays. Orders will be processed as soon as possible on the next working day.
- Delivery are currently done within Malaysia only.
- Once the order item is dispatched, tracking number will be provided via email.
- Delayed or lost orders:
- PC Studio will not hold any responsibility if the item/order is lost after being send to process for dispatch for 15 working days.
- PC Studio will not hold any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to the delay of delivery of item/order.
- If your item not reach you by the said time frame, please contact to enquire about your delivery status. You will be able to contact the courier service provider to reschedule a second delivery or pick it up from the specific location.
- Mistake or incomplete address:
- If the item/order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address upon ordering, customer is chargeable for the delivery cost to re-deliver the order to a corrected address.
- PC Studio Café are not responsible for the loss of order if the address provided upon order is incomplete or incorrect.
- PC Studio reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
