Should there be any discrepancy of product/item(s) delivered, customer may contact PC Studio café via call / whatsapp / e-mail as stated in CONTACT US within 7 days from the date of item received. We will advise on the solution(s).
Exchange / Return of products can be arranged for the following reasons:
- Damage or defective
- Different from product upon ordering
- Expired product
Returns are only allowed in formed of courier service or walk-in to our store.
PC Studio reserve the rights to reject any items that are deemed unfit and does not meet the condition mentioned above. Return can only be done once and PC Studio reserve the right to reject any return request thereafter.
*PC Studio do not have a cash refund policy. Item return will be given back in form of credit to be spend in PC Studio E-store. Store credit can only be utilized in one transaction, any excess amount will not be refunded. Credit will be valid for 30 days, any unclaimed credit will be forfeited without prior notice.
