Chan Cudennec transitioned from the corporate world to holistic health. She is especially focused on using Food as Medicine for people with chronic illness or coaching people to be conscious of the food that choose to put into their bodies.
She has a natural flair for tastes and in creating them from all natural and real ingredients. She received training as a Raw Chef in the Living Food Institute, USA and combines various food preparation techniques to produce food that is suitable for the client. Apart from the health benefits of the food, Chan is very conscious of creating tasty and delicious food. She is particularly apt in creating flavours for those transitioning to a vegan diet for health reasons.
Chan is also a nutritional and emotional wellness coach and offers a complete programme for clients in their healing journey in a holistic way.
